Why an advisor
— You get someone who's been there. I plan the trips I've taken, and I tell you what I'd change if I were going back.
— You skip the rabbit hole. Twelve open tabs at 11pm becomes one phone call and a draft itinerary.
— You get supplier perks. As a certified advisor through InteleTravel, I can offer preferred rates, room upgrades, resort credits, and amenities that aren't available booking direct.
— You have someone on call when the trip starts. Cancelled flight, sick kid, last-minute reservation — that's my job, not yours.
The planning fee is what I charge for my time. The trip you'd have booked yourself costs the same — sometimes less, because of the supplier perks. The difference is in everything around it.
Booking sites are great at one thing: a flight, a hotel, a rental car. They're not great at trips — the kind where every piece connects to the next, where someone has already vetted the lodge against three alternatives, where the guide isn't the cheapest one on TripAdvisor but the one who actually knows kids.

Design & Deposit
If we're a fit, you pay your planning fee and I begin designing the trip. I send a first draft, then we iterate together until it's right.

On-trip Support
I'm reachable while you're traveling. Delays, last-minute changes, upgrade requests — handled, so you stay present with your family.

A multi-stop or destination-focused trip, two or three accommodations. Custom itinerary with daily plans, transfers, excursions, and dining.

PLANNING FEE
A single-destination trip, one accommodation. Suited for families who know roughly where they want to go and want help finding the right property and a few key experiences.

Trip cost is separate and varies by destination, season, and trip length. Planning fees are what I charge for the design and management work itself.
Voyage
A complex multi-destination trip, multiple accommodations. Full itinerary with private guides, premium experiences, and white-glove logistics. Includes pre-trip and on-trip support.
Expedition
Multi-week journeys, multi-generational celebrations, milestone trips, and ultra-custom design. Pricing is project-based.

From tailored itineraries and accommodation bookings to activity recommendations and logistics, we take care of every detail to ensure a memorable travel experience that meets your family’s desires and needs.
Researching and designing custom travel plans takes time. The following menu of options includes regular consultations and a detailed itinerary with lodging and excursions based on the trip duration. Additional concierge services may be added to each package.
Weekender — $350 (1 - 3 nights)
Explorer — $500 (4 - 9 nights)
Voyager — $750 (10 - 14 nights)
Because of the time required for consultations, researching, and curating itineraries, this fee is non-refundable and will be charged regardless of trip outcome.

$250 concierge fee per week of travel may be added to any of the above packages for all additional details, such as airport transfers, train tickets, chartered flights, dining reservations, theater or museum tickets, or tee times.
The Custom Travel Planning Fees cover all of the trip research, hotel and activity recommendations and bookings, and unlimited itinerary revisions.

Due to the complexity of air travel, Faramore does not directly book flights as part of your travel package. We will, however, provide flight and airport suggestions upon request.
